Assignment of Rights
By providing photographic images to Zara Mohammed to commission custom art, or by offering Zara Mohammed permission to use photographic images for the creation of art work for the Opulent Mutts brand, you grant a perpetual, royalty-free license for Zara Mohammed to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the art work created from those photographic images at her sole discretion, including incorporating them in other works in any media now known or later developed including, without limitation, published books, commercial products and promotional products and content.
You also warrant you own all copyrights to the photos you provide, and you will indemnify and hold Zara Mohammed, Opulent Mutts and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, costs and other expense arising out of claims, whatever their nature, resulting directly or indirectly from breach of this warranty.
Please respect the artist's copyrights and refrain from editing or altering artwork as it has been published or printed by the artist. This includes the removal of text and website details on drawings. All copyrights of artworks remain with Zara Mohammed indefinitely.
Zara Mohammed also reserves the right to select, edit and arrange artwork for use online, and to publish or remove images from the Opulent Mutts website and social platforms at any time at her sole discretion.
If you do not wish to grant Zara Mohammed these rights please put your requests in writing before paying for services.
Returns & Refunds
a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken for all commissions upfront, and the remaining amount plus P&P is due upon completion of the work. Art work will be dispatched after full payment has been received.
I am afraid due to the nature of my work I cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any original piece of art, or prints. If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch to see if there is anything I can do to help fix any issues.
All parcels are sent via recorded and tracked delivery which is covered for loss and damage. If your parcel has been damaged or lost in the post please contact me to find out what I can do to help compensate you for your loss.
